  Right then guys... massive changes happening to the class in Cardiff to bring it more in line with the banging classes that we have had in Swansea for years!!
  
  
  • Section 1
    
    Firstly we are bringing in a FULL punch bag workout to run you through all of the moves that you are picking up in the circuit section... Let your stresses of the week out with combinations, jabs, hooks and uppercuts!!
    
    
  • Section 2
    
    Then, you'll be put through your paces in the functional circuit section where we will use kettle bells, beer kegs, dumbbells etc to develop your core functional strength whilst toning up your abs etc.
    
    
  • Section 3
    
    Finally you will work on your all round fitness as you run through a bodyweight circuit where exercises such as Lunges, Squats and punching techniques will be included and perfected.
    
    

All of this with a few blasts thrown in whilst some of the best DJ's in Wales bang out some of the latest tunes.... There honestly is not other workout like.
Workouts last 1 hour in total.
