At Funky Pump we have got the mother of all boxercise rooms!!! We take a nightclub main room... throw in some weights, bands and other excercise aids before finally chucking in upto 40 punch bags ready for people to unleash the stresses of the day on!!

Team this up with one of the best sound systems around to pump the room full of sounds that energises everyone into a frenzy, then you see why Funky Pump is the only way to really enjoy training!!

The atmosphere is electric with the DJs winding the class up to explode on the bags as the tunes drop in from way up there!!

You can work as hard or as little as you want!! You can have a professional boxer partnered up with a dinner lady and they will still both get an awesome workout as THEY decide how hard they work!!
